Reputation, Trustworthiness, and Legality

License: Anjouan Gaming License

License Number: ALSI-202411018-FI1

Owner: Windice Group Limited

We had to start this review with the most important aspects: reputation, security, and legality. Here is what we found.

License and Security

Windice Casino is run by Windice Group Limited and holds a license from the Government of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (License No. ALSI-202411018-FI1). The Anjouan license is not as strict as those from Malta or the UK, but it is still better than having no license at all.
On the security side, Windice uses solid measures like SSL encryption, firewalls, and Cloudflare to keep user data safe. The site also lets you sign up anonymously, but if you opt to fully set up your profile, you will have to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.

Player Feedback

We couldn’t find any complaints about Windice Casino. Even sites like CasinoGuru and AskGamblers had no user reviews listed. That was unexpected, considering Windice has been around since 2019.

Terms and Conditions

We looked through the casino’s terms and conditions, and most seemed fair to players. One thing that stood out was the lack of an inactive account policy. Many casinos charge fees if you stop playing for a while, let’s say 12 months, so we asked customer support about it. They confirmed that accounts stay active with no deductions, even after long breaks. That’s good news for casual players who don’t log in often, since they won’t lose money or access.

We also checked the betting rules. The minimum bet at Windice Casino is 0.00000010 BTC, or the equivalent in other supported currencies. That’s very low compared to most sites. It makes it easy for beginners or players with small bankrolls to get started without putting much at risk.

Complaints

If you believe that a casino has treated you unfairly, we encourage you to share your experience, as it will help the casino to become better! We will help you understand the situation and find a solution.

Your feedback is very important to us!

Bonuses at WinDice Casino

Windice takes a different approach to bonuses. Instead of the usual sign-up packages or flashy welcome offers, it leans on consistent rewards, community events, and unique ways for players to stay active. Let’s look at these rewards closely and evaluate how they benefit players.

Welcome Bonus

There is no standard welcome bonus here. Support staff confirmed this. Instead, new players get free tokens and experience points (XP) right after registering.

The minimum sum is 10 tokens for the first day, and you can still get the bonus despite missing a day. Actually, during the entire first week, you can earn up to 100 tokens and 500 XP coins in total. These can be used for real wagers or even cashed out. The XP coins also help you climb the VIP levels, where extra prizes wait.

Other Promotions

Here are other bonus opportunities that we found at Windice Casino:

Chat Rain Promo

One thing we particularly liked about Windice is that it offers a social aspect to players in the form of a chatroom. However, that is not all there is to love about this feature, as there is also a special chat rain bonus you can get.

The idea is simple: the more you take part in chat and play, the higher your chances of being picked for surprise rewards. These can be payouts in BTC, ETH, USDT, or Windice coins. It adds a social layer to playing, which we found interesting.

Wagering Contests

WinDice also runs daily and weekly contests. Players who wager on the games compete for a spot on the leaderboard. Daily prizes often come in Dogecoin, while weekly ones are in Bitcoin. The exact prize pool changes, but the top-ranking players share it. It’s straightforward and gives active players a chance to win extra.

Crypto Faucets and Giveaways

Another feature is the faucet system and giveaways. By joining the site’s Telegram or Twitter community, you can take part in weekly giveaways. The faucet gives you small amounts of crypto to keep playing, even if your main balance runs dry. Some games, like Mines, let you boost this faucet, which makes it easier to stay in action.

VIP Program

The VIP program here is set up differently from most casinos. Instead of focusing only on cashback, it adds Wincoin, an in-house currency you earn while playing. Wincoin can be spent on things like changing your chat color, switching your nickname, or boosting your level. It’s a fun idea, as not all your rewards come as real money.
The VIP program has six tiers, starting with Copper and going up to Diamond. As you climb levels, you get higher cashback, rakeback, and faucet boosts. Diamond offers the top perks.

Payment Methods at WinDice Casino

Windice supports ten different cryptocurrencies, including the big names like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The platform doesn’t enforce a minimum deposit limit.

However, there are minimum withdrawal thresholds that vary by coin. For example, Bitcoin requires 0.00021293 BTC, Ethereum 0.00433979 ETH, Litecoin 0.08506656 LTC, and Tether 15 USDT.

To test the system, we deposited 15 USDT using the TRC-20 network.

A network fee of $2.26 was applied, but the money landed in our casino balance in under a minute. The site even sent us a notification to confirm this, which was a nice touch.

According to the Terms and Conditions, deposits must be wagered at least once before you can request a withdrawal. The 1x requirement is standard and easy to clear, so we played a few rounds and then moved on to test the withdrawal process.

The payout page shows all withdrawal fees upfront, which helps avoid surprises. Still, we were curious, so we asked support why they charge a fee on withdrawals. An agent named Bridge explained that the fee is paid to network miners who process the transaction, adding that most platforms follow the same practice.

While that’s true in part, we’ve also reviewed plenty of casinos that absorb this cost themselves and release the full withdrawal amount without deductions.
For our test, we withdrew 17.6 USDT.

The request appeared instantly in our transaction history with a “success” status.

Even better, the funds hit our wallet within two minutes after 19 confirmations. The speed was excellent. What we received, however, was 16.6 USDT. So, as it was indicated, a fee of 1 USDT was deducted.

On the positive side, Windice sets no maximum withdrawal caps. You can cash out as often as you want, with no daily, weekly, or monthly restrictions, provided you meet the standard conditions like the 1x wager requirement.

KYC at WinDice Casino

Conditional KYC

Windice Casino restricts access to players from a number of countries, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France, and the Netherlands, among others.
That said, here’s where things get interesting. Windice falls under the category of VPN-friendly casinos because it permits such networks on its platform. This means that even players from countries restricted on the site can navigate such limitations and browse from a different jurisdiction.

In terms of KYC, it is not required. We confirmed this with customer support. You can register and play without having to share personal documents. But if you make large withdrawals, Windice might ask for verification.

And if that happens, you could be asked for proof of address, ID, or payment details to proceed. These cases are rare, but it’s good to know they can happen.

Games at WinDice Casino

Windice sets up its casino section in a way that feels clear and easy to use. Their originals – Dice, Roulette, Crash, and Plinko are the highlight games. We loved the fact that these aren’t buried in menus. You notice them right away, which makes a good first impression.

The rest of the game library is also easy to explore. At the top, you’ll see a handy search bar. When you click it, it even suggests popular searches to help you get started.

Games are neatly sorted into categories like Popular, Card, Slots, New, Roulette, and Live. There is also a list of software providers, which is good if you have a favorite studio in mind.
Immediately, you will spot big names like Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Wazdan, and Microgaming.

Most titles come with a demo mode too, thus you can test them out without spending anything.

As expected, slots dominate the game collection. Players can choose from a variety of themes and mechanics, including classic fruit machines and feature-packed modern video slots.
Unfortunately, Windice does not publish the RTP values for the slot games on its website. We asked customer support about this. The reply was that while RTP is not listed, all their games operate under provably fair rules.

They added that if we want to know the RTP for a specific slot, we could always look it up on the provider’s official website or check external review sites.

This answer only goes so far, though. Some providers release the same game with different RTP settings: low, medium, or high. In such cases, the casino management decides which version to use.

For us, this creates a problem. We feel more at ease with casinos that are open about the details they share, and the return-to-player rate is one of the simplest ways to show transparency.

Moving things along to one of our favorite genres, let’s look at live gaming. Almost every casino today offers live games, so the real question is how well they deliver.

We found the setup at Windice to be strong. We counted more than 926 live casino titles, most of which were powered by providers like Absolute Live Gaming, Ezugi, and Evolution Gaming. With such variety, it’s easy to find a game that suits your taste, as well as a table with betting limits that fit your budget.

Let’s check out some of the game variations along with their min and max betting limits:

Other Games

Besides slots and live table games, Windice offers several original titles. The selection includes Crash, Dice, Roulette, and Plinko. The main draw is that these games can be verified for fairness. This matters to crypto players because it means you can check the house edge yourself and confirm the results are transparent.

We started by checking out the Crash game. Instead of waiting for a plane to rise like in Aviator, this version shows the multiplier right away. You can still set an auto cashout limit if you prefer, which makes the game quick and flexible.

Next was Dice. Here, you get more control, as you can set both your cashout limit and a multiplier range between 1 and, 9999. The smaller the range, the higher the multiplier.
We then moved on to Roulette. At first, it plays just like the standard version, but the difference is that it’s provably fair. You can check the fairness yourself, and the RTP is higher than most regular roulette games.

Finally, we gave Plinko a shot. This one stood out the most because of the potential for a 1000x max win. Watching the ball drop through the pins while knowing the outcome is verifiable adds both excitement and trust.

How to Create an Account?

Getting started on Windice was quick. The site gave us a temporary username right away, so we could start checking things out right away without filling in long forms or giving an email.

But to unlock our account fully, we went into Settings, picked a username, added a password, and verified our email. There’s also an option to enable two-factor authentication, which only takes a moment and adds extra protection.

Note that you can enjoy the site anonymously, but if your session gets cut off, you will lose progress unless you have set up your account. Therefore, it is worth taking a few minutes to lock your details once you are familiar with the site. Simple steps, no pressure, and you are good to go.

Support service

The live support icon is pinned to the bottom left of the site. We clicked it and waited less than two minutes before a live agent joined. Our chat went well. The agent was polite, professional, and answered all our questions without any trouble.

On the right side of the site, there’s also a community chat room. We tested it by asking about the minimum deposit limit, and we got a reply within seconds from another member. It showed us that the chat room is active and can be helpful for quick questions.

Windice also has a forum where players can post comments or start threads on almost any topic. Replies there take longer, which is expected, since it works like a regular forum. For fast help, the live chat is the better choice.

We also tested the email option. The reply took a little over two hours, which isn’t instant, but still reasonable.

Finally, we checked the FAQ section. It’s split into six categories and has 48 questions in total. What impressed us is that the answers are detailed instead of short one-liners. Some even go into depth on the topic, which makes the page genuinely helpful.

Web Design and Navigation

When we opened Windice, the first thing we noticed was the dark theme brought to life with neon highlights. The layout was simple to use and easy on the eyes. Games are sorted into categories, and the platform also highlights the different providers so you can quickly spot your favorites.

On the profile page, we found all the key details and stats we needed for playing. Just below the profile photo, there’s a ranking bar that showed our current level, along with a label displaying the total experience points and how many more we needed to level up.

One of the nice touches here is that we could check our messages right from the profile page. On the left side of the screen, we could also see handy counters that tracked our wins, losses, and total bets.

Mobile Experience

Windice runs smoothly on mobile, even without a dedicated app. We tested it on Android, and the site loaded quickly in the browser. The layout adjusted well to a smaller screen, and menus were easy to tap through. All the main features were still there, including chat, bonuses, and the entire game library.
