When we checked our wallet during deposit setup, it showed a minimum of 30 USD/EUR. We couldn’t help but wonder why TwinVegas doesn’t just display all the crypto limits on the payment page. It would make things a lot clearer.
For our test, we decided to go with what the wallet showed and deposited 31.2 USDT. Since we used the TRC-20 network, there was a 1 USDT network fee, so we expected to see around 30.2 USDT in our casino account.
The funds arrived almost instantly, but the credited amount was 30.07 USDT. When we asked customer support about the small difference, the agent explained that it was due to the conversion from USDT to USD (my default account currency).
Before making a withdrawal, we also learned that TwinVegas requires you to wager all deposited funds at least once to comply with anti–money laundering (AML) rules. That’s a reasonable policy, especially since some casinos now require players to wager three times or more before withdrawing.

However, after checking the transaction details on etherscan.io, we found that the actual transaction fee was only 0.02 USDT. So, the 2.66 USDT deduction didn’t really make sense. That would be unusually high.
We also noticed that the funds took about five hours to arrive, even though the support agent mentioned it should take around 90 minutes. So, the transfer was slower than expected.
