The project’s creators thought that those players who have the necessary skills would make games themselves. On the other hand, the games from a third-party developer appeared on the site, namely slots from the BGaming studio. 

If I understood correctly, the last in-house game was released in 2018, so I conclude that things are not going well with the development of the project.

Donations

You can set up donations for the project in the Contribute to 8Bet tab. Your account is set to donate 5% of any lottery win by default. In addition, you can stake any amount towards the jackpot pool and receive payouts for each round of the lottery without a jackpot win. The amount of the payout depends on the lottery. All stackers share either 10% or 25% of returns. You can also turn off the donation if you wish.

Marketing

I surveyed users of the Bitcointalk forum. It turned out that about 70% of those who responded had not heard of this casino. Also, I could not find reviews of 8Bet on affiliate sites, and in general, there are very few mentions of this brand on the Internet. The brand has no social network accounts, and the thread on Bitcointalk is not very active. This indicates that the project’s marketing strategy, which relies on word of mouth, is not working well.

The 8Bet.io website looks weird. And perhaps a little outdated. Nevertheless, the site works fast and without problems. This applies to both desktop and mobile versions. The casino site is only available in English.

Customer Support

The customer support is the worst thing about 8 Bet. I haven’t been able to communicate properly with them. You have to wait from half an hour to several hours for a response. Even if your first message was answered, the following answer will have to wait a very long time. If you do not perform any actions on the site for some time, then you will be logged out. After that, the entire history of correspondence will disappear, and you will again have to wait for hours for a response. That is why I did not have time to make any screenshots of correspondence with support.

And I’m not the only one with this problem. It is the support service and their long responses that other users most often complain about.

First of all, 8Bet is familiar to players as a place to play Bitcoin Scratch cards and the lottery. There are four exclusive scratch card games and three lotteries. On TrustPilot, the site has a low rating. But I always say that it does not reflect the actual reputation of the casino. Many complaints there are presented without any proof. Representatives of 8Bet even responded to complaints, but then they stopped.

But most of all, I’m worried about this item in the rules and conditions. I haven’t found any instances of it being used against players, but it’s worth knowing about for anyone who’s going to play here.
